Frequently Asked Questions
Got questions? You’re not alone — most business owners have the same ones before getting started.
Here are honest answers about how we work, what to expect, and what makes us a little different. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, just reach out — we’re happy to talk it through.
How long until I see results?
Most websites and Google Business Profiles start showing real ranking movement within 1–3 months of consistent work, depending on how competitive your industry and location are. Anyone who promises overnight results isn't being straight with you — real, lasting growth takes ongoing effort, not a one-time trick.
Do I own my website?
Yes, completely. Your domain and hosting are registered in your name, not ours, and remain yours regardless of whether we continue working together.
What platform do you build on?
WordPress — an open, widely-supported platform. You're never locked into a proprietary builder you can't take elsewhere if you ever choose to.
But we do handle other platforms too, we only recommend WordPress for best standalone and for you when you decide to handle it exclusively yourself.
I already have a website — can you still help?
Yes. We offer an audit-and-takeover service where we review your existing site, fix what's holding it back, and take over ongoing maintenance, SEO, and growth from there.
What if I want to stop the ongoing package later?
You're free to end it anytime. We'll hand off full access to everything — your website, accounts, and data — and remove our own access on our end. If you'd rather keep some ongoing support without full management, we can also arrange a minimal standby fee for as-needed fixes.
Do you work with businesses outside my country?
Yes — we currently work with small businesses across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Ireland, and the UAE. Expanding to other countries soon.
Why do you limit how many businesses you take on per industry and location?
We only take on three businesses per industry, per state or region, at a time — for example, up to three house cleaning clients in Perth, a separate three in Queensland, and another three in Victoria. "Industry" is defined by the specific service (house cleaning, carpet cleaning, and window cleaning count separately, even within the broader cleaning category). It keeps us from ever indirectly competing against our own clients, and it lets us put real focus into helping the businesses we do take on actually climb toward the top of local search.
What happens if I leave and want to come back later?
If all three spots in your industry and region have been filled by the time you'd like to return, you'll need to wait until one becomes available. We hold to this because it's part of how we can genuinely deliver results, not just empty promises.
